到着は発送より１～２日程度のかかりますので、ご了承ください。

送料について

送料は下記の送料がかかります。

ゆうパケット 286円（税込）
佐川急便 660円（税込）※一部地域を除く

ゆうパケットに入らない荷物は佐川急便に自動的に変更になります。

カート内で送料をご確認いただくことが可能です。

Tシャツの場合は、１枚までゆうパケットの発送が可能です。
スマホケースの場合は機種にもよりますが、３枚までゆうパケットでの発送が可能です。
パーカーなどは１枚から佐川急便での発送となります。
沖縄（その他・離島）への送料につきましては、注文確認画面にてご確認下さい。

海外配送について (About overseas delivery)

当サイトでは、直接海外への発送は行っておりません。
海外での受け取りをご希望のお客様には、転送サービス「転送コム」をご案内しております。
We do not ship directly overseas.
For customers who wish to receive their orders abroad, we recommend using the forwarding service tenso.com.

海外発送/国際配送サービスの転送コム

<ご利用手順（How to Use）>
(1)転送コムに新規会員登録
　まずは 「転送コム」 のウェブサイトで新規会員登録を行い、専用の「tensoアドレス」を取得してください。これにより、日本国内の転送コム倉庫宛ての住所が発行されます。
(2)FANY Mall Order Made でお買い物
　FANY Mall Order Made で商品を購入し、お届け先に 転送コム から発行された日本国内の転送コム倉庫住所をご指定ください。
(3)倉庫までの配送と国内送料の支払い
　ご注文品は FANY Mall Order Made から転送コム倉庫まで配送されます。送料は FANY Mall Order Made の国内配送料金に基づきます。
　転送コム倉庫までの送料は当サイトにてお支払いいただき、海外配送料金は別途お客様より転送コムへお支払いください。
(4)転送手続き
　転送コム倉庫にて、お客様の商品を検品し、転送料金を確定します。その後、転送料金とサービス手数料についてお知らせが届きますので、転送コムに直接お支払いください。
(5)海外住所への配送
　支払いが完了次第、転送コムが海外のご指定住所へ商品を発送します。
※転送コムのサービス利用料や海外配送にかかる送料は、FANY Mall Order Made の料金とは別途発生します。
※転送コム は当サイトとは別会社です。詳細なご利用方法については、直接転送コムのご利用ガイドでご確認ください。

(1)Register as a new member of Tenso.com
　First, please register as a new member on tenso.com website and obtain a unique Tenso address. This address will be for Tenso's domestic warehouse in Japan.
(2)Shop at FANY Mall Order Made
　Purchase your items on FANY Mall Order Made, and enter the Tenso address as your delivery destination.
(3)Domestic Shipping and Payment of Domestic Shipping Fees
　Your order will be shipped from FANY Mall Order Made to the Tenso warehouse. The shipping fee to the warehouse will follow FANY Mall Order Made's domestic shipping rates.
　You will pay this fee to us, while the international shipping fee will be paid separately to Tenso.com.
(4)Forwarding Process
　Once your items arrive at Tenso’s warehouse, they will be inspected, and the forwarding fee will be determined. You will receive a notification with the forwarding fees and service charges, which you can pay directly to Tenso.com.
(5)Shipping to the Overseas Address
　After completing your payment, Tenso will ship your items to the designated overseas address.

* Tenso’s service fees and international shipping fees are separate from FANY Mall Order Made’s fees.
* Tenso.com is a separate company from ours. For detailed usage instructions, please refer directly to the Tenso.com User Guide.

<ご利用上の注意（Important Considerations）>
・海外配送をご希望の場合、銀行振込、代金引換および後払いはご利用いただけません。クレジットカードでのお支払いをお願いいたします。
・当サイトでは転送コム倉庫までの配送に責任を持ちますが、その先の海外配送に関する責任は負いかねますのでご了承ください。
・商品到着後に破損があった場合、転送コムへ直接お問い合わせください。
・返品・交換につきましては、日本国内配送分のみ対応可能です。海外発送に関わる送料負担については対応いたしかねます。
